As a Warehouse Operations Planner, you'll help drive operational excellence across all shifts by optimizing our Warehouse Management System (WMS), Order Management System (OMS), and supply chain visibility tools. In this role, you'll ensure work is planned efficiently, resources are utilized effectively, and operations run smoothly across the warehouse.

What you get to do as an Operations Planner
- Plan, prioritize, create, and release tasks and assignments to maintain consistent workflow and minimize inefficiencies
- Continually assess warehouse tasks and labor utilization to ensure workload is distributed evenly and effectively across the workforce
- Identify underutilized and overutilized labor and adjust assignments as needed to support operational efficiency
- Ensure effective communication and the smooth flow of information across shifts, warehouses, operations, and departments
- Assist warehouse leadership in developing and implementing processes and procedures that improve efficiency
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and operational performance
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional image while collaborating across the operation
What you bring
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of warehouse operations experience preferred, including pallet building, order selection, and loading
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and JDE/Order Management Systems preferred
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Detail-oriented with sound judgment and the ability to plan, delegate, and make informed decisions
