Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across various roles.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies.
- Manage the offer and pre-employment processes.
- Leverage job boards, recruiting technologies, and AI for a seamless sourcing, interviewing and positive candidate experience.
- Leverage data insights to optimize recruiting strategies and make informed recruiting recommendations.
- Assist with requests outside of the recruiting scope, when needed - serve as a team player!
What you offer:
- Prior experience working for a distribution center collaborating, directing, interviewing, or training equipment operators highly preferred
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced environment highly preferred
- Team player, sense of urgency, innovative mindset, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with UKG Pro and AI tools is a plus
