What you get to do
- Accurately apply Accounts Receivable payments (lockboxes, ACH/wires, and credit cards) and process daily credit card transactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information through consistent data entry
- Contact customers regarding skipped invoices, discrepancies, and past-due balances to support timely resolution
- Monitor aged receivables and assist with collections to ensure payment within terms
- Provide backup support for the Accounts Receivable team and assist with cross-training as needed
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal teams and customers
- Support month-end close activities and other accounting tasks as needed
What you bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous Accounts Receivable experience required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills for both internal teams and customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
