Four Seasons Produce is expanding our Warehouse 2 - HPP Operations team. We are seeking a hands-on leader who can own both the floor and the system.
This role is critical to the success of our expanding HPP operations. You will lead a small team while also serving as the primary systems and inventory resource for the operation. This position directly supports operational growth and relieves leadership capacity by taking full ownership of daily warehouse coordination.
This is a working lead role - not a desk job and not a material handling-only position.
Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (or until finished)
Monday-Friday with rotating Saturday: 1 every 3 weeks (following Tuesday off)
Location: Four Seasons Produce | Ephrata, PA (on-site)

What You Get To Do
Team Leadership
- Assign daily warehouse workload
- Coach and develop warehouse generalists
- Reinforce safety, food safety, and quality standards
- Provide coverage across HPP warehouse and packing lead functions as needed
Warehouse Operations
- Operate high-reach lifts and material handling equipment
- Coordinate inbound and outbound activity
- Perform product movements, picking, breakdowns, and audits
- Ensure daily execution aligns with productivity and quality goals
Systems & Inventory Coordination (Core to the Role)
- Process and manage orders within the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Create and adjust system transactions and routing
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Maintain inventory accuracy and system integrity
- Serve as the primary WMS resource for Warehouse 2
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
- Proven experience operating high-reach
- Strong proficiency in Office 365 and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS required)
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, or mentor others
- High attention to detail and strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage both hands-on work and system-based responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
