What you get to do
- Serve as a key player in configuration and setup of our new WMS implementation project
- Evaluate processes for continuous improvements and lean opportunities; lead and support the change
- Keep a pulse on labor standards and maintain them as efficiencies are made
- Leverage Power BI to analyze data
- Partner with warehouse leaders and associates to gain insights and offer recommendations to maintain a safe and efficient warehouse
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
- 1-2 years' experience in a warehouse distribution center (preferred) or manufacturing environment managing labor standards, time studies, and CI or lean initiatives
- Proficiency in WMSs, MS Office, and Power BI
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
