What You'll Get to Do:
- Close with Confidence: Be key to our month-end and year-end financial close activities. You'll ensure our accounting records are accurate, timely, and well-documented.
- Banking Aficionado: Take charge of daily banking activities, including approving wires/ACH transactions and issuing stop payments.
- Freight Margin Maestro: Reconcile and analyze freight margins for our Logistics company, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Asset Administration: Maintain our fixed asset records, ensuring everything is accounted for and up to date.
- Cost and Inventory Validator: Validate the cost of goods sold and inventory value, ensuring precision and accuracy in our financial reporting.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
