We offer access to earned wages before payday, giving associates more flexibility to access a portion of the pay they’ve already earned.

Associates who choose not to take advantage of this benefit will receive their pay every two weeks. 

Your recruiter or HR representative can share more details about the pay schedule and when your first paycheck would be issued based on your start date.

Direct Primary Care (DPC) is available to full-time associates enrolled in medical benefits.

This benefit, paid for by Four Seasons, allows associates and their covered dependents to visit our partnered physicans without out of pocket co-pays. That means free doctor appointments, lab results, and other perks like quick scheduling and an onsite pharmacy.

Medical benefits are available for full-time associates when they complete 30 days of employment. 

Choose to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance when you become eligible, when you have a life change event, or during open enrollment.

Yes! Our 401(k) retirement plan allows associates to invest after their first month of employment, with a company match of 50%, up to a 3% contribution after 1 year of service. All funds Four Seasons matches are fully vested.
