This position works in a refrigerated environment, so you must be comfortable working in temperatures around 32-34 degrees throughout your shift.

What You'll Do
- Package, sort, and inspect products on the HPP (High Pressure Processing) production line
- Follow packing procedures to help ensure product quality and consistency
- Grade produce by identifying quality, color, and appearance standards
- Make sure products are labeled correctly
- Follow food safety, GMP, and workplace safety practices
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Work as part of a team to meet production and customer needs
- Assist with overtime when needed
What You Bring
- Reliability and interest in a stable, full-time job
- Ability to work in a cold environment for the full shift
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good hand dexterity to sort and package products
- Ability to identify and distinguish colors when grading product
- Willingness to follow food safety and GMP requirements
- A team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
Food Safety Requirements

- Lab coat
- Hair net and beard net, if applicable
- Gloves
Associates are also required to follow food safety standards, which means certain items are not permitted while working, including:
- Jewelry, except a wedding band without gems
