Operations Trainer

Are you passionate about warehouse operations and eager to share your knowledge? Join us as an Operations Trainer and make an impact by upskilling our team! We're seeking someone with a passion for teaching and warehousing to join our dynamic team.

Schedule: 2nd shift, Monday to Friday, 3 pm - 11:30pm, with availability on weekends if needed.

What You'll Do:

Facilitate engaging hands-on training sessions, tracking individuals' progress.

Certify associates in material handling equipment operation and safety, ensuring they meet competency standards through thorough instruction, demonstrations, and assessments.

Prepare new hires to meet productivity targets

Contribute ideas to enhance our training program's quality and effectiveness.

Lead by example, embodying our core values.

Provide support to the Operations Team as needed.

What You Bring:

1+ years' experience as an equipment operator in a distribution center.

Certification in warehouse equipment operation, including high lift (reach truck), electric pallet jack, and pacer.

Flexibility to conduct training on 1st shift, when needed.

Ability to work in a cold storage environment and meet the physical demands of the role, including constant standing, walking, crouching, bending, and lifting up 65lbs.
