This paid marketing internship will allow you to support the Human Resources department with its strategic marketing needs related to attracting quality candidates, building our social media presence, and organizing communications for our associates, customers, and followers. This intern will have the unique opportunity to help us prepare for our 50th anniversary in 2026.

We partner with local growers to bring fresh organic and conventional produce to our Lancaster County, PA facility. We grade and package fruits and vegetables, sending only the best with our Drivers to deliver to independent retailers, natural food stores, and food co-ops.

What you get to do:
- Evaluate current marketing strategies and provide insight based on your learnings
- Assist with social media marketing (schedule postings, monitor effectiveness, etc.)
- Work tools such as Adobe, Constant Contact, and AI.
- Attend career fairs and share your internship experience with others
- Ensure designs and messaging follow brand guidelines
- Create branded content including digital ads, brochures, banners, etc.
- Collaborate with marketing experts and gain insight on your work
What you Bring:
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Suite, and social media marketing platforms required
- Proficiency interacting with AI is preferred
- Coursework in B2B marketing, marketing strategy, social media marketing and digital marketing strategies
- Availability to complete a minimum of 32 hours towards the internship weekly (some flexibility available)
- Currently enrolled in a college or university full-time or part-time and working towards a Bachelor's in Marketing or related field
