Inventory Slotting Coordinator

As the inventory slotting coordinator, you will analyze system data and operational feedback to create, sustain and improve slotting & pick path strategies to reduce reserve picking, increase voice pick efficiency and improve fill rate. Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Location: Ephrata, PA (onsite)

What you get to do as an Inventory Slotting Coordinator

  • Complete all daily slotting of new items, ad items and demand items, preferably before receipt.
  • Perform slotting optimizations as needed with a minimum of twice a year by zone.
  • Monitor location turns and adjust location size as needed.
  • Collaborate with facilities team on any adjustments needed for racking.
  • Collaborate with the operations, quality & food safety teams to support picking efficiencies, pallet build quality and compliance.
  • Maintain and update daily slotting changes on the slotting changes document within Microsoft Teams
  • Monitor and update pick path for travel reduction as customers and process changes occur.
  • Complete all location configuration requests including sequencing and coordinates.
  • Proactively adjust slotting for seasonal product changes.
  • Operate equipment safely, follow safe work practices, maintain a safe work area, and adhere to food safety policies.

What you bring

  • Ideally, a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalency
  • 3 years of produce operations and/or inventory management experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office, JDE, Opti-slot, WMS.
  • Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and make sound decisions
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, collaborative, and organizational skills
  • Ability to efficiently work independently
